Items in stock dispatched to a UK address will be sent on a next working day service. Scotland, The Highlands, Ireland and Islands will take 2-5 working days.

Postal items will be sent via Royal Mail on the service selected at the checkout.  Some items can be sent with MyHermes (Signed) 3-5 days if selected.

Product Price does not include delivery charge. This will be shown at the checkout page (ex vat).

If any item is out of stock we will post a message in the description to state it is out of stock.  You can still place an order when its out of stock and we place your order in a back order queue system.  We will endeavour to inform you if there will be any delays with your delivery. However, if you require your order for a specific date, we recommend emailing or telephoning us to check if the item is in stock and if it is possible to meet your required date.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note most items are sent on a next working day service via an external courier. The delivery charge is the cost of getting the item to your destination once the goods are in stock and ready to leave our premises. Delivery times are subject to adverse weather conditions. Whilst we will do everything we can to assist with your delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit. Where possible, we will always ship orders the next working day after they are received if the item is in stock.

Our goods are sent by courier and a signature is required upon delivery. You can either have your item delivered at home, to a work address or an alternative address where you know someone will be available to take receipt. Should the courier miss you they will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. It may be possible to ask the courier to leave the item in a secure location if you know you will not be in however we can only do this with written instructions from yourselves and this it at your own risk.  There is a space at the checkout for you to give us delivery instructions if you would like it left in a safe location.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

COVID-19 UPDATE– All staff at the Get-Tidy team are following new rules applied with our Covid-10 risk assement.  There are times where we may be short staffed due to COVID related reasons which puts a huge strain on a small business.  In these circumstances they MAY be delays in manufacturing times.

Overseas - You can now select most European countries at the checkout (Price paid in Pounds sterling, please check latest exchange rates).  We can deliver anywhere in the world please email us for a carriage quote if your country is not listed.  Please email [email protected]. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES - Depending on your country you may incur charges at customs, unfortunately we can not calculate the value of these charges.
