Delivery Options

England, Wales and Scotland

If the item you are ordering is in stock we will dispatch within 2 working days and your item will be sent on a next day courier. Hangers and Suit Bags that are less than 2kg are smaller and can be sent via the post to keep the price down for you.

If you have ordered an item in any colour other than black, please allow extra time of up to 2 weeks.

If any item is out of stock we will post a message in the description to state it is out of stock. You can still place an order when its out of stock and we place your order in a back order queue system. We will endeavour to inform you if there will be any delays with your delivery. However, if you require your order for a specific date, we recommend emailing or telephoning us to check if the item is in stock and if it is possible to meet your required date.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note most items are sent on a next working day service via an external courier. The delivery charge is the cost of getting the item to your destination once the goods are in stock and ready to leave our premises. Delivery times are subject to adverse weather conditions. Whilst we will do everything we can to assist with your delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays in transit. Where possible, we will always ship orders the next working day after they are received if the item is in stock.

Our goods are sent by courier and a signature is no longer required but a Photograph and courior GSP location will constitue proof of delivery. You can either have your item delivered at home, to a work address or an alternative address where you know someone will be available to take receipt. Should the courier miss you they will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. You will be sent a link to the tracking and it may be possible for you to arrange a different delivery date or for your parcels to be left in a secure locaiton. The goods will be left only with insturction and will be at your own risk. There is a space at the checkout for you to give us delivery instructions if you would like it left in a safe location.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

UK Islands
The same applies as above for England however please allow a few more days for delivery. The cost of carriage will be calculated at the checkout point.

Northern Ireland and EU countries

As of 1^st July 2021 VAT may be applied at customs clearance. VAT may be applied if the value of the consignment is below 150 Euros. We can not state the amount this will total as it depends on your countries rate of vat. If you would like a clearer indication of your final price we recommend you purchase our products through our Ebay page where you can see the postage cost through the global shipping programme and the final value including vat. Please note our very large items are not available from Ebays global shipping programme you can purchase these through this website and they will not incur any vat due to the value of the consignment being over the threshold of 150 Euros.

International Delivery
We have teamed up with eBay to offer you very competitive international shipping rates. Most of our products are available to purchase from us through eBay (at the same price including carriage as you can buy from this website), however if you order through eBay you can choose an overseas destination and see how much the shipping cost will be. We find these rates are very competitive and makes the ordering process much easier for you. Please note eBay will not accept all of our items due to their large sizes, if the item you are interested in is not part of the Global Shipping Programme please email us with your requirements and your delivery address and we will get a carriage quotation for you.

Really nice

Double BikerTidy

A great product for storing my bike kit. It is very robust and easy to put together. All the screws and plugs are included to wall mount it. Plenty of room for a couple of sets of gear. The only area that I could suggest improving is the red tabs on the trouser hangers. They can come off easy if you aren’t careful. They do go back on easy too though. Overall a fantastic product and I do recommend it.

I have bought two, one for my kit and one for my wife’s kit and have to say the quality is excellent.

This so Cool!

So glad I bought this. I paid a bit extra and went orange to match existing shelving in my garage. It has really tidied up the garage, looks great and all my gear is nice and handy for when I want jump on the bike.

Sizing

Bought a few hangers, years ago, as new even now - excellent.
Bought the double bike tidy recently, quality and delivery good, but disappointed in space on second shelf for helmets. I know you point it out in your advert, but how about addressing it, as modern helmets carry air vents and even a standard helmets needs to be eased in carefully so not to scratch them.

Sturdy, good quality and easy to fit

Very easy to fit, looks great and everything is good quality - paintwork, hole alignment, and fitting. Trouser clips are large and strong too. I've just ordered the small shelf and accessories to go with it.

Double Biker Tidy Happiness

Very happy with the Tidy. Easy to mount to the wall, solid, sturdy and capable of storing most of both my work and personal kit. My wife is also happy at not having to look at kit draped around the kitchen… 5 ⭐ from me. Very recommended.

Solid and easy to install

I saw this at ABR festival and it's the perfect solution for too much bulky bike gear in my wardrobe.
It took 15 minutes to install into a plasterboard wall with proper Fischer fixings.
It now holds a helmet, two pairs of boots, two waterproof Risha jackets, Kevlar jeans and a pair of RST winter trousers too ... Plus all the thermal under layers!
Delivered in 3 days!!!

Excellent Customer Service

I have not given my husband this yet, but I am sure he will love it! Despite a delay in estimated delivery times, Michelle went out of her way to try and have my delivery with me by my wedding anniversary, which she managed to do. She kept me updated all the time and I can not thank her enough for going the extra mile. 10/10.

Christmas gift

Does what it says on the label.

Easy to install. Drilled 4 holes and the rest is all done with a screw driver and by hand. Sturdy design keeps all my kit safe and tidy.

Superb bit of kit

I bought this for my son who loves it, his leathers are now neat and tidy and all bike stuff together. Easy to assemble and looks great.

Amazing job of keeping my MTB gear tidy.

I have been looking at a way of storing all my mountain biking (Bicycle) gear for a while after moving into a new home and making the garage into my man cave. In winter I come home covered in mud and usually soaking wet so was looking for something to hold all my gear after washing it down with a hose pipe. Just happened to come across the Double Biker Tidy and thought it would be perfect for the job. Its really easy to mount on the garage wall and to assemble. I can fit my shoes into the two holders under the shelf (Glove storage I believe) as well as store my helmet on the shelf with loads of space for more gear. I can hang my wet shin pads and body armour to dry out and the heavy duty hangers have no problem holding the heavy wet clothes. Just put a tray on the floor to catch any water run off. As an engineer I was going to make something similar myself if I couldn't find anything but I have to admit for the money it's spot on. Really great quality fabrication and with a high quality powder coated finish. Overall a fantastic piece of equipment that I will be recommending to my fellow mountain biker groups.

Outstanding purchase

Cant put this product over enough. Its sturdy, at a good price point and looks great with all my gear on, really happy I brought it. The hangars that you can get with it are heavy duty. Really cant recommend this product enough.
